I've taken many Excel classes at work and was unable to retain anything I'd learned. Thanks to an intensive 8-week course and this book, I've actually managed to learn something and feel much more confident with using my newly acquired skills at work.

I love color, illustrations, charts and graphs, and this book has plenty. In each section there is a different project. Solutions to the project are presented in an easy-to-follow, step-by-step approach that allows the reader to follow along in the book while solving the problem on the computer.

In addition to the problems, there is a section on terms, a shortcut menu and web-based exercises.

This book is highly recommended for beginning and experienced Excel users.
