I don't believe it's scientifically possible to prove/disprove an afterlife. However, this book provides very solid evidence that should make any thinking person sit up and take notice. Is it a 100% airtight solid case for the afterlife? No. But there's certainly enough here that taking the step of faith to believe in some form of afterlife wouldn't be completely irrational or blind. Also, interestingly enough, what does come through in the evidence compiled here looks nothing like the afterlife as envisioned by Christianity.
