"Really liked it!" - 4 out of 5 star rating.

What-if style Star Wars, taking place during A New Hope!

Very fun, interesting, and thought provoking.

Leia's new arc here is super interesting. Lord Vader seems to be molding her into what appears to be a potential figurehead of the Empire. He's almost behaving like a "loving" father, in his own way, trying to mentor and guide his daughter. Absolutely wild. Cannot wait to see where this goes next.

Luke on the other hand, gets into a heated argument with Han, where the two start to get handsy, Han throws a punch that puts Luke on his fifth point of contact and then Luke actually draws his lightsaber in rage towards Han! He backs down, but you can see again now the Dark Side temptation is ever so present for Luke. Han, like the scroundrel he is, brushes this off as business as usual in the life a smuggler.

Luke eventually makes it to Dagobah, where he undergoes the classic Yoda training to include swamp-based obstacle courses, handstand holds, Yoda-buddy carries, etc. The big twist here in the nightmare scene where he beheads Vader, only this time instead of seeing his own reflect... he sees Leia. Damn.


Really looking forward to see what could possibly happen different from the film next!
