The best book on the subject. The book is written by a British author so some of the curriculum references are not applicable, but this is not a serious distraction to the content. Ideas for adapting math, handwriting and phys ed. Also has a lot of information about how it feels to have dyspraxia, and where the challenges are, which may not be obvious if the student is younger and can't express exactly what difficulties he or she is having.
