Even if you don't cook much (like me), you'll love this cookbook. I just gave a copy to a friend.

This is my favorite cook book. After lots of research when I experienced my first peri-menapause symptoms, I found this cookbook at my local library. It taught me how to revamp my eating choices and introduced me to a new group of foods. This, I found, was invaluable. Even better, the book offered alternate ingredient choices with each recipe and why it was healthful. Like most new information, it is offered to give us choices and help us learn. Ultimately, it turned me on to a new eating lifestyle from which I never turned back. Not only did I purchase my own copy, frequently I've given it as a gift to friends and relatives. Recipes are delicious for folks of all ages and lifestyles. Just plain good food. The soup recipes are my favorites. Try a copy from your local library before you buy. You'll be convinced, too.

A Keeper. Change your food. Change your life - really.
