This book focused primarily on Ministry Teams working well together; rather than the normal work group or corporate team. It did a good job covering many different aspects found in other assessments, i.e. DiSC. I really like how this method takes an assessment of the individual and how that individual thinks they need to be to do their job. In addition, I like that they compare the two profiles and shows the stress threshold for the individual in their particular role. For example, if you are a visionary type doing very detailed work, you're probably fairly stressed. This assessment identifies those areas and then gives you and your teammates the awareness to make adjustments so that you're working in your areas of greatest strength. It was a good book. I'll definitely be suggesting it for my team to go through.

Excellent

Such a simple and great read. Valuable to anyone, but especially for those serving in ministry at a local church.
