Marcia is author/editor of two star-studded collaborative novels, NAKED CAME THE PHOENIX and ID KILL FOR THAT set in a fashionable health spa and an exclusive gated community, respectively. Her short stories appear in more than a dozen collections including With Love, Marjorie Ann and Safety First, both Agatha award nominees, and the multi-award-winning Too Many Cooks, a humorous retelling of Shakespeares Macbeth from the viewpoint of the three witches. A recent story, Driven to Distraction won the Agatha Award, was nominated for an Anthony, and was reprinted in THE DANGEROUS BRIDE AND 21 OF THE YEARS FINEST CRIME AND MYSTERY STORIES.
Marcia is immediate past president of the Chesapeake Chapter of Sisters in Crime, serves as Secretary for Sisters in Crime National, and is on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Mystery Writers of America. Long, boring, poorly written stories
Couldn’t even finish most stories. I had no idea mystery writing can be so bad: not necessarily a literary feast, in my experience mystery stories are shallowly entertaining. Not the case here; I was bored stiff most of thetime.

Good but nowhere near as good as The Third Mystery Megapack. I skipped several.

This truly is a veritable mix of stories. Sadly, I only enjoyed a few and some I couldn't bother finishing.

A mixed bag. Some stories I enjoyed immensely, others bored me to tears! But all in all not bad for the price.

Some stories were very good (Barb Goffman''s and Elaine Viets' were terrific), but many were stilted and harder to get through. My advice is give each story a shot but if it doesn't grab you, skip it. Another good one is coming.

Available on Kindle, it lacks any stellar mysteries and there are enough bad attempts to discourage all but the most desperate.
