If you're considering starting your own business, this book is worth reading. It can also help you if your business is expanding, and you want or need to work with partners. Since I am going to become an independent contractor, it is time to study up on running my own business. This is a no nonsense book explaining what you need to do to form a Limited Liability Company. I found it well written, and quite informative. Sure, I could have spent time with Google and the Internet and find most of what is in this book, but here it is, all together, in a handy form.
This book was boring, but had some useful information about starting a company. I told you about it last week in greater detail.
I’m so glad I’m not a lawyer anymore and I don’t have to read boring stuff if I don’t want to. Reading this helps fight acclimation. My days could be so much more dull!
The Nolo Library books are always informative and this was no exception. I already have one of Mancuso's books (copyright 2006) on forming an LLC but ordered this one to have more up-to-date information.
