Excellent Resource

This book provides a step by step guide to creating your llc. It clearly describes the requirements and differences between the llc options. I highly recommend this book as a starting point. It is well laid and and easy to understand.

If you're considering starting your own business, this book is worth reading. It can also help you if your business is expanding, and you want or need to work with partners. The book is helpful and filled with clear information about forming an LLC. It covers things like understanding the differences between a corporation and an LLC, why you might choose an LLC, and what to do to get started. It has sample forms to help you with paperwork and defines legal terms just when you need them.

Since I am going to become an independent contractor, it is time to study up on running my own business. This is a no nonsense book explaining what you need to do to form a Limited Liability Company. I found it well written, and quite informative. Sure, I could have spent time with Google and the Internet and find most of what is in this book, but here it is, all together, in a handy form.
