I really liked this cookbook that I randomly picked up from the library while looking for other WW cookbooks. It has restaurant-quality recipes that I could see myself eating at a nice recipe, but low-fat so that I can eat them on my diet. I liked the professional tips from the CIA too, as well as the variety in cuisine.
