I listened to the audiobook and it is great with 9-Management tips from someone who has learned some lessons the hard way and by experience in business and as a parent.

I highly recommend this book.

Nice book on leadership. You want your company to be have the best employer instead of having a dumb employee on payroll and they can't leave. Never restrict employee to leave on time and use simple management to make it less complicated. Expect higher from them and believe they can do it.

If you want a white man to scream at you (literally, in the audiobook) for two hours straight about how to make the business world work for him and people who look at him, this is the book for you. If not, would not recommend. The aggressive tone of voice itself had me recoiling.

I love the no fluff, straight to the points approach of this book. Much of the material isn't anything new. However present well and makes for a great motivating refresher.

Very well put together. I agree with many of the philosophies in this book. It still managed to give me insight and focus into what's important to manage a successful team.
