I saw this book on my shelf and had no clue where I got it, so knowing that it was a kids book I started to read it. A half hour later I finished it and I ended up actually enjoying it for what it was about. For anyone that doesn't know what Spongebob is then its about a sponge and his adventures with friends and foes. In this non episode Spongebob feels bad that Mr. Crabs is bored of the restaurant business so he and patrick decides to turn it in to a pirate ship. Little did he know a group of pirates where looking for a new ship and took over this new and improved Krusty Crab and make it there own, who is the captain of this crew of pirates? Spongebob is voted to be the leader of these pirates and they will follow his every command.

Pirates of Bikini Bottom was a great book about the television show, Spongebob Squarepants. I liked this book because the characters acted like they did in the television series, unlike another Spongebob Squarepants book that I have read.
