The last thing pop star Trinity Warren expected to find sprawled in the middle of a dark highway was an injured motorcyclist who had dangerously into the path of a moving limousine. Trinity also never expected his body to react or his heart to race when the young man momentarily regained consciousness and stared up with beautiful dove gray eyes.

As Brennan Demarcus lay on the ground preparing to die a beautiful blond-haired angel appeared and looked down on him with concerned ice blue eyes. His body shuttered involuntarily as he closed his eyes. The last thing he remembered thinking was that maybe dying wouldn’t be so bad as long as he could fly around the heavens with someone as lovely as the angel that had appeared to take him to meet his maker.

Usually I'm a very patient reader... Because I pay for each book I read, and because I hate to leave a story unfinished  for me is always painful give up... but this book is impossible to end. Giving up, 20% read.

*Editing is needed! Please, some editing could make wonders to a story.... This one need editing!

*Unbelievable characters (a famous rock star, 22, that never kiss someone?). His mother and father talking are creepy!! Freaking creepy!!!! Someone should call social services while he was growing up, because those parents are creepy!

*Dialogs are freaking weird. Always... The MCs will have a talk (their first meeting) and one will say to another how pretty he is, and it's a pity he is not a girl. Ok, I have male cousins and don't have a brother, but maybe it's just my impression but two guys don't say to another how pretty he is, pitty he is not a girl!
"“Or does it have something to do with the fact that I'm not a girl."
Brennan seemed to be struggling for the right words. “No, not really? You're pretty enough to be a girl."
Trinity did not take offense to Brennan's statement. He just blushed. “Thank you.” He paused. “You're really handsome and taller than I expected.”

THIS look like a "normal" talk between two guys that never met before?
O_O
Yeah, I don't think so neither.

*I read 20% and GOD help me, some things could be obvious, and better don't tell the reader about it!
"“Trinity dashed into the restroom first to relive his aching bladder”

Oh god no, don't want to know he must dash to the bathroom because of his aching bladder. He must go! STOP RIGHT THERE! No aching bladder details are needed, ok????

So... Sadly, a book I will give up.
What a waste of money -.-"

With a hugely successful pop star and a motorcyclist champion, this book had a lot of potential but unfortunately it just didn't work for me. The dialogue between the main characters didn't ring true. I couldn't imagine anyone talking the way they did. The description of Trinity's music and style of concerts (the way he sang remakes of really old songs from a different generation in a tuxedo along with his new material) had me wondering why he was so successful with the younger crowd. Besides the insta-love, I also had trouble believing that Trinity would still be a virgin with all of the opportunities thrown his way because of his wealth and popularity. And the plot resolution was a little too simple as well :(

I truly considered giving this novel only 2 stars as it seemed a bit 'simple' for me. The basic plot and characters were okay (that's what earned it the 3 stars) but I found them lacking depth and complexity. The resolution of several problems ended up being too easy to believe and it was almost sickly sweet at times.

Kisah cinta mereka kurang meyakinkan.

Who would think you could find the love of your life when he crashes into your car? The unexpected happens when you least expect it and that is true for the main characters in this heartwarming story.

Trinity Warren is an international singing celebrity and Brennan Demarcus is a local motorcyclist celebrity. When everyone knows who you are, privacy is a thing of the past. These two men stumble through experimenting with their sexuality together. A bond is formed and love starts to bloom.

Trinity is a man who never really questioned his sexual preference, he always knew he was gay, just hadn’t found "the one" yet. Brennan on the other hand isn’t convinced he’s actually gay even after his encounters with Trinity.

Brennan is a complicated character. He is always feeling the need to do what others expect of him and not follow his heart. When he took the chance with Trinity, it was the first time he went after something he truly wanted. But when the fear of discovery rears its ugly head, he breaks it off with Trinity thinking he is doing the right thing for Trinity’s career.

This was a fabulous story filled with one conflict after another. So many things come to light in the last chapter that brings this tale together and wraps it up into a neat, fulfilling package. The author wrote very believable characters that I became invested in. I really liked how the story had a lot of dialogue between the characters; I really felt a part of their love story.

Cherish is a very entertaining book and I completely recommend giving this romance a read.

I definitely enjoyed this, but I thought it was a little too quick. To me, there could have been several more scenes beginning, middle, and end to add to depth to the plot and romance. Not to mention that the premise of "famous gay men are angsty about being found out by the tabloids" isn't exactly new. Still, I enjoyed the two characters and I like the way Shawn Bailey writes. I appreciated that there wasn't a lot of extra baggage thrown in the mix. They met, fell in love, had their issue and resolved it. I suppose it may seem like I'm contradicting myself. I wanted more yet was happy that there was not too much. I just thought there could have been more with in the existing story line, not that there needed to be other issues thrown in. Still, I would imagine exactly how much to include is tight rope that authors struggle to walk.

Amos:

Yesterday I sat down and had a flick through my Kindle, wanting to read something romantic and M/M. I've had this book sitting on there for a while and decided, yeah, I'll read this.
Well, once I started I did not stop until I was done - okay, maybe once for an omlette. It was so sweet, fast-paced and lovely. I adored the characters, their chemistry was beautiful and they kept me pushing that page-turning button, just having to know what was going to happen!
I won't say anything about the plot to give anything away, but I will say that if you are in a romantic mood, read this story about two guys finding each other in this crazy world. You can't beat a sexy love story.
Enjoy! ;-)
On a final note, I think I have fallen in love with Brennan ;-) YUMMY!

I have to say that unfortunately this book failed to really capture my attention. And I'll admit I was a little disappointed by that. It could have been great: hunky hot motorcyclist and a sexy cute singer... unfortunately it fell flat for me.

It was too sweet, too fluffy and every problem found a quick and easy solution. Too quick and too easy. i don't like long, protracted drama, or angst purely for angst sake, but this was just way too far on the opposite side.

I've still given it three stars because despite the above, the MC's were still fun and, while I would have liked it to have more "tooth", it was still a decent story.

3.5 Ravens. I think Shawn Bailey’s book would be a good one to add to your summer reading stack. It has solid characters, moves at a good pace, encourages some out of the box thinking and has an HEA ending. To read this review in its entirety, please visit http://www.blackravensreviews.com/?p=...

This had potiential to be a really good book. I liked the characters and the story was interesting, but I did not like I can't believe I'm kissing/sleeping/loving a man thing. That got old to me. Otherwise, it was a good book.
