Thirty illustrations sporting the loose "topsy turvy" theme fill out this gorgeous four spot color collection. As with the previous two issues, there are no sequential pieces to be found (though you can argue that Jon McNaught's contribution would count as sequential), but the artwork throughout is dynamic, enigmatic and enthralling.
