Rate this book
Endorsed by ministers such as Jack Hayford and Kenneth Hagin Sr., Roy H. Hicks provides enlightening insight into the secret of maintaining laughter in daily life. His premise builds from the scriptural teaching that God is a laughing god (Ps. 2:4). By cultivating and maintaining a close relationship with God, Dr. Hicks shares that readers will gain true joy and laughter in their own lives. He stirs readers to not settle for a small amount of joy, but to develop a lifestyle of laughter. Utilizing inspiring stories and solid scriptural examples, readers will grow in their understanding of laughter as a medicine and a necessary element for endurance in their daily lives. Teaching readers to maintain their joy and laughter results in their ability to "last" through the hard times as well as the good times of life.

He Who Laughs, Lasts by Dr. Roy Hicks was a delightful surprise. I was given several books and this little gem was one. Full of truth and eye-opening nuggets of wisdom, I recommend this book. If for nothing else, it’s a great reminder of why Christ-followers should be joyful. Quick read.
