A psychological thriller/police procedural exploring the mind of an unidentified killer who uses third parties to commit the crimes. The book describes the the crimes in graphic detail and the interaction between the police investigators, their personal lives and the hunt for the true killer. It charts the progress of the investigation and effect it has on both the investigators and suspects. It also explores the psychological and subliminal influences which cause the crimes to be committed. The reader is drawn into 'Simon's Game' and challenged to identify who is behind it.
After nearly 40 years travelling the world in International Commerce, my interest in crime and psychology lead me to write Simon Says. I was intrigued by the thought of subliminal influences and how they might lead a subject to perform acts of violence which were totally out of character. Having been for many years an avid reader of crime fiction, I wanted to try my hand and self published my book. I was educated in the late 50's at Grammar School level and undertook secondary education on a part time basis. I retired some years ago and now live in Italy.
