SWAT Team Two and Miss Robin Hood
When tragedy strikes, Melissa is left responsible to care for a whole family. Desperate times call for desperate measures. As if working in a strip club isn't dangerous enough, she decides to moonlight for the sake of the poor and needy in the community, including her family. Add in a persistent cop who wants her to snitch and a notorious drug dealer who wants to bed her and she's in over her head. Vince, Logan, Sunny, Frankie and Jake are wolves and SWAT team officers. While out at a club, they meet their mate, and she's one sexy little dancer. She avoids them, but they remain determined. When they pick up her scent near a drug factory they raid, they assume that she's a criminal in their current investigation. They locate, handcuff and arrest her, and then they bring her back to their place to initiate their version of interrogation. By the time they're finished, she'll be begging for their touch.

My momma was born and raised in New Orleans. At the age of twenty, she met and fell in love with an Irishman named Patrick Riley Dwyer. Needless to say, the family was a bit taken aback by this as they hoped she would marry a family friend. It was a modern day arranged marriage kind of thing and my momma downright refused.
Being that my momma’s families were descendents of the original English speaking southerners, they wanted the family blood line to stay pure. They were wealthy and my father’s family was poor.
Despite attempts by my grandpapa to make Patrick leave and destroy the love between them, my parents married. They recently celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary.
I am one of six children born to Patrick and Lynn Dwyer. I am a combination of both Irish and a true southern belle. With a name like Dixie Lynn Dwyer it’s no wonder why people are curious about my name.

Melissa has had to do some things she may not be overly proud of to make sure her family and friends are taken care of, but is willing to do it to ensure they get what they need. Working in a strip club as a bartender is not the most ideal, either is her creative way of taking form the seedier side in order to provide for those that cannot do it themselves.
When SWAT team officers and brothers Vince, Logan, Sunny, Frankie, and Jake are at the club for a bachelor party, they realize they have just met their mate. They want her out of there quickly, in their bed and mating before they get a chance to realize she has a side job that has their blood boiling. It does not take long to realize Melissa has secrets and is going to be skittish about starting a relationship, but they will use all of their skills to seduce her as well as find out what she is hiding.
Great book, had one thing that I thought should have been addressed but other than that I liked the story. Vince and Logan were my favorite, hope there is another sequel.
***I was in the mood for rebellious heroine and alpha males, so decided I wanted to reread this. This time around I liked Jake best, reminded me of dark roast coffee and some blues music.

MMm I wasn't sure about this book 5 males and one female but it was actually pretty good.

I like Dixie Lynn Dwyer's books but it's getting rediculous. All of her female leads are in shape with flat stomachs and big breasts and butts, curvy but skinny. That's starting to bother me about her writing because essentially all of her females are the same...
I think she bit more than she could chew with five males. I just don't think Ms. Dwyer does very well with more than three men. I also like for the woman to get alone time with all of the men she's involved with in order to devolop independent relationships with everyone.
But this story is okay. Its a Dixie Lynn Dwyer book...

A review for The Romance Reviews.
A heartwarming story, sizzling chemistry, smokin' hot men, and a whole lot of action come together to make another fantastic read in the Men of Five-O series by Dixie Lynn Dwyer.
SWAT TEAM TWO AND MISS ROBIN HOOD is the story of Melissa who's extremely selfless. At 20, she took on her sister's 3 children when her sister and brother-in-law were killed. She's also taking care of her ailing aunt who's got medical bills racking up. So what's a girl to do? She works a bartender in a strip club, but is also secretly robbing drug dealers in order to pay her bills and help out others in her community. She doesn't have time for much else.
Enter Vince, Jake, Logan, Sunny and Frankie. They are members of the SWAT team and brother wolf shifters. They meet Melissa at the strip club and know immediately that she's their mate. While trying to pursue her, they realize she's somehow mixed up in a drug bust they were involved in, and they will take any steps necessary to protect her and her family. Even if those steps include lots of sex, handcuffs, and spanking.
SWAT TEAM TWO AND MISS ROBIN HOOD is the second book in the Men of Five-O series, but can easily be read as a standalone. We see a few characters from the previous book but there's not a lot of cross over.
Melissa is quite the anomaly. She's a law student and she's breaking the law. She's scared that her sister's kids would be taken away from her, but she's putting herself in sometimes fatal situations by stealing from drug dealers. I had a hard time reconciling her during the book. She did seem to really have her niece and nephews' best interests at heart, so it made me root for her a lot more. She sacrificed a lot with having to take on all those kids at such a young age.
The plot was intriguing. We have dirty cops, drug dealers, strippers, not to mention wolf shifters, mating, and the questionable death of Melissa's sister and brother-in-law. Not to mention all the action with the shifter fighting and a kidnapping and rescue. There was a lot going on the story, but I think the author did a great job of bringing it all together.
The sex was hot. I always wonder how one woman is going to satisfy five horny men, so it's always fascinating to me how it's done. I'm not going to give away too many details here, but let's just say that Melissa is a very busy woman!
So, SWAT TEAM TWO AND MISS ROBIN HOOD has a fantastic plot, sizzling hot sex, tons of action and a story that has you rooting for that HEA. I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next book in the series.

Melissa (Mel to her friends) has an amazing heart for those in need, to the point of endangering her own life to provide for her orphaned nieces and nephew, a sick aunt and a whole slew of friends and neighbors that just need a helping hand. She has spent the last several years taking care of others and never suspected there would be one much less five men who wanted to spend every waking hour taking care of and loving her. The chemistry between Melissa and the Valdamar brothers is instant and scorching hot.
One of the aspects of the ST2 story that kept me reading, besides the great characters and terrific plot, was that even though the men are Alpha to the max they don’t try to immediately force Melissa to bend to their way of life. They realize that she has a job and is even studying for a law degree. In many dominate male type stories the heroine is expected to give up the life she’s built to be with the man (or men). I liked that the Valdamar brothers were able to appreciate that Melissa was intelligent and encouraged her to pursue her dreams.
SWAT Team 2 is the second book in the Men of Five-0 series for Ms. Dwyer. Each book is full length story where the readers are introduced to a new group of wolf shifting men who find and win their mate. Ms. Dwyer does a superb job of building a solid plot, multi-facetted characters and emotionally charged romance between the men and their fated mate.
The Men of Five-0 series is part of Siren Publishing’s Love Xtreme line but is different from the other series in that each book is a stand- alone story. You’ll notice characters from the other books mentioned so it helps to have read the other books but not at all necessary. I think after you’ve read one in will be hard not to go back and read the others, though. Ms. Dwyer is a wonderful story teller and an automatic buy for this reviewer.
If you love a fast paced paranormal that will have you reaching for a fan while holding your breath…you won’t want to miss SWAT Team 2 and Miss Robin Hood. Ms. Dwyer gives us a tantalizing tease of two more SWAT Team books within the pages of ST2. That’s awesome news for fangirls like me. Ms. Dwyer again manages to write vivid erotic scenes between all parties involved. With five men no one was left out or treated as an afterthought. All the brothers received equal time and emotional involvement with Melissa in their own individual way.
This is a great series for anyone wanting smoking hot sex with a paranormal twist. I hope Ms. Dwyer continues with this series.

I'm so glad the author has another book in this series and I hope there is many more to come. Again, the heroine is very strong and helpful in this book. She steals from drug dealers to help her friends and her family. The heroes are yummy Swats. They notice their mate's scent at a crime scene and they arrest her to find out what she was doing there. Of course, she doesn't stay arrested long, lol. This was a very hot book.

I really enjoyed this one... 5 hot men that want to love and cherish you for the rest of your lives? Lucky girl!!!
There were some editing errors... a little grammar but most of it was names. There were times when the heroine (Melissa) was referred to as Sam and then there were times the boys were all mixed up like it started out as one and ended up as another. It was confusing at times.

Vince, Logan, Johnny, Frankie, Jake and Melissa will keep you glued to this story. Melissa is a woman determined to take care of her family and working as a dance is one of her alternatives. When a SWAT Team takes interest in her, she doesn't have time but when they catch her scent at a crime scene, they take her in, and their journey begins. Will they get their mate to comply, and will it lead them all to a happily ever after?

This book was better then the first. "Sloshing" was only used once thank god. I found this story more interesting with a hard working bartender/sometime stripper single mum and carer for her ill aunt. The guys had to work harder to get the girl. A lot happens in this book and theirs more then one bad guy so it keep u interested. Great HEA.

This series is not for a closed minded individual. There is hot sex scenes with 5 males and one female. Not one male is better than the other (well besides the alpha). This story has suspense and paranormal activity. Those two factors alone would have turn the pages but never forget that the menage does exist in the world of werewolf packs for they do mate for life.
