Just like any other For Dummies book, this one is also very easy to read, but still provides many useful tips and techniques. I have learned a lot about different parts of the brain - what are they used for, how are every day activities affecting them, and how can you boost the certain part of your thinking. The games at the end of the book were really fun, too.
I am reviewing Brain Training For Dummies which is a good book. This book is about how you can develop your brains potential. This can include thhings like mnemonics and developing creativity to enhance your brain. There isn't a huge amount of information on this subject in this book and I would probably recommend Mind Mapping For Dummies which I enjoyed reading. That book I may review at a later date. Going back to this book there isn't a lot to what is written. I found myself just going through the motions reading it and it lacked substance. There was little in this book to interest me. I was disappointed.
