Danny Valentine is Division P’s East Coast/International ‘Fixer’ and general go-to guy. He’s had to come to terms with his bisexuality and his empathic abilities despite his military background. Peter Vithoulkas is Division P’s immensely gifted healer, possessing one of the rarest of Talents. All fire and discipline, Peter is bisexual too, but it doesn’t color his day-to-day reality until he spends some time under fire with Danny. Busy Danny and Peter fall into a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship that neither thinks much about.

Jennifer Sebastiano is an artist from a conservative family background who works part time as a forensic police artist. She spends a lot of time in crime victim’s heads, seeing what they saw and helping them identify the criminals. It’s Jen who shows Danny and Peter what they’ve really got between them. Danny and Peter think that Jen should be between them as well, but Jen isn’t sure if she really fits there. As their three lives entwine, can Jen let go of societal and familial expectations? Can Danny and Peter convince Jen that there is a place for her in their unconventional relationship?

I really enjoyed this book.
It was a bit confusing to read at times because there are frequent jumps in perspective and time, but overall I really enjoyed this lovely story.
Would really like to know more about the conditions that plagued them, that part had me intrigued.
But other than that, a lovely M\M\F love story

This was great read. I have read Division P series which this is spin off or something like that and so I already knew 2 of the 3 MCs. Getting to know Danny and Peter better was great as I really liked them in the other series, they were good secondary characters and there where hints about this book in the other books too.

Most of the book is about the every day life in Division P HQ and the interactions and developing relationships of the 3 MCs. It doesn't sound much but this is one of those books where the characters really can uphold the book and you don't need any big drama to keep your interested about it.

Danny and Peter make a connection during a mission in Kosovo after Peter needs human contact after gruelling healing. They both find a friend in each other and agree to take their friendship with benefits. And like good little men they have no idea when their friendship takes a turn into something that has more feelings involved than just friendship.

Then there is Jennifer who signed on for 10 week training period in Division P. It's not easy adjustment and mandatory weapon and hand to hand combat training aren't making it any easier for a high school art teacher. She has very volatile personality and very little use for PC which both Danny and Peter like. Even if it costs Danny a bleeding nose and a black eye before they start their friendship.

Much of the relationship progress in the book is due to Jennifer and his frank remarks about how Danny and Peter really feel about each other. But the boys do know what they want (after they get their own affair in order) and they want Jennifer. It's a slow seduction and the resulting three way relationship isn't easy to pull off and even harder to retain but I loved how they supported each other. From the start they were there for each other, giving strength and shoulder to cry on when one of the others needed it. And that is what made this book special to me, that connection. I'm just too sad I really don't have time to read the book 2 immediately after.

Because be warned that this book ends up in total HFN, if you even called it that. But the next book picks up apparently where this one stops so hopefully that will make the ending more bearable.

I loved this book. Until the last page. Now I am just upset. I felt like the book ended right in the middle of the story. She goes back to her town, and the men come to visit her and she buys a new mattress and they helped her break it in. THE END. There was no closure on the relationship. No closure on the crazy brain issue that was brought up. No closure on the mystery that the story made you feel was building up. NO CLOSURE NO CLOSURE NO CLOSURE. Now that I have said all of that .. if there is a sequel I will be purchasing. I fell in love with the characters and the PSI theme.

First of all she had me at hello, no she had me from the first paragraph! The characters are awesome and so is the story. The ending left me wanting to scream what happens next! Please let the next book come out soon! Pretty please with sugar on top!
