Enjoyed it so much I could not put it down. Read the book in a day. Learned much from it and reinforced some of the things that I have already been doing. I appreciate this book and the reassurance I got from it. It is very true as I see the changes in my body and mind since I have made some of these major changes this book discusses. Very good read!
