This isn't a heavy book, one plane ride and I was through it. As I was reading it though I couldn't help but wonder about how some of the people used as examples might feel about the way they were portrayed in the book. Some of it was pulled from other books already written about women's leadership but it has some interesting nuggets and is worth reading.
