Kitap EMDR yönteminin farklı alanlarda uygulanması konusunda çeşitli bölümlerden oluşuyor. Yer yer ilgimi çekse de ister istemez tekrara düşülen yerler vardı. En çok kendini yatıştırma teknikleri ile ilgili bölümü faydalı buldum. Daha derine yazılmış ve uygulamaların örneklendirildiği bir kitap daha çok ilgimi çekebilirdi
