This is the workout program I'm doing now. It is fabulous! Minimal equipment needed, no gym membership, just 45 mins - 1 hour a day. Max of 22 mins of cardio, different muscles used on the strength training portion every day. So thankfully, even though I'm over 40, I can still get in shape!!! Plus, since I'm exercising at home, I'm modeling for my girls.
