Took me a while to get through this one. Overall it was pretty good. John definitely provides a lot of information about Sitecore, even if at times pretty superficially by just mentioning it and then giving you a link to one of his blogs. This is good and bad. The blogs provide, for the most part, good examples, but you also don't feel like you really know certain areas of Sitecore unless you also read the blog posts.

Finally finished this book. Honestly, it was a bit of a challenge to read cover to cover.

John's book does however repay the reader with a wealth of hard to come by information on Sitecore and will prove to be an invaluable reference for anyone working with this excellent CMS.
