About the author

Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’nden mezun olmuş ve yüksek lisansını “Yönetim ve Organizasyon” alanında doktorasını ise İletişim Ana Bilim Dalı’nda tamamlamıştır. Paul Ekman Group’ta “İletişim ve Davranış Analizi” alanında Post Graduate çalışmalarını tamamlamıştır. Çalışma hayatını Koç Finansal Hizmetler, Deloitte ve Alstom gibi şirketlerde sürdürmüş olan Umut Kısa, bir Sabancı Şirketi olan Akçansa’da İcra Kurulu Üyesi olarak görev yapmıştır.

2012 yılında Para dergisi tarafından Türkiye’nin en etkili koçlarından biri olarak gösterilmiştir. TEDx konuşmacısıdır. Pennsylvania ve North California Hellinger Institute’den -Kalıtsal Aile Travmaları- eğitimi almıştır.

Dünyaca ünlü profesör Paul Ekman tarafından geliştirilen Duygusal Beceriler ve Yetkinlikler (Emotional Skills and Competencies – ESaC) ve Doğruluğu ve Güvenilirliği Değerlendirmek (Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility – ETaC), Yüz Tanımlama Sistemi (Facial Action Coding System – FACS), Psychophysiology, Interview and Interrogation Technics eğitimlerini tamamlayarak Paul Ekman tarafından “Uluslararası Eğitmen” statüsünde onaylanmıştır.
