Body Mechanics is a self help manual for the family to recognize, prevent, and correct , dysfunctions of the various organs and glands in the body. A study of the anatomy and physiology of each organ and gland appears to give the reader a thorough understanding of how the body along with simple, natural, preventative, and therapeutic technique to be used at home. Michael Lebowitz received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in 1980. He spent three years operating two clinics on the island of Hawaii, and is presently working at a nonprofit health institute dedicated to restoring health without the use of harmful medications. This book is an outgrowth of his experiences and his desire to teach people to take more responsibility for their own health, and to have a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
