My cookbook collection is a bit overwhelming. I tend to browse through them, but starting with this book I intend to work my way through it trying recipes. At cursory glance I think this is a solid cookbook with yummy sounding recipes (nothing scary really) with a mix of easy to complicated recipes that should meet the beginner or more advanced cooks needs.
