Today I read a book called "Sealed with a kiss". The author is Melissa Lagonegro. This story has a special character called Ariel. she is a mermaid. she is very kind because a baby seal is stuck in shell and she saves the baby seal. she is very special because this book made movie. The Ariel are red hair and no legs. I like the character because this book are fun and exciting.
Took it out because it had Ariel and we hadn't read it yet. Might also have been letter K week. As with most of the Disney Princess books, it was not a strong plot with next to no characterization.
The library needed princess books for the girls. This book is cute and easy to read for the beginning readers. I'll be suggesting to the first graders, just taking some AR tests.
A fun early reader book especially for those obsessed with Ariel and mermaids! Nice short story, useful words and some actual plot unlike most princess early readers.
