This book gives a fresh new look at the root of what challenges people, be it health, mental, social, personal. First and foremost we are Spiritual Beings, and if you are 'well' or 'growing' it starts with your spirit. A worthwhile read and something important to think deeply about, no matter where you are on life's path.
