Although there is a lot of merit here, I wouldn't recommend it. It's far too out of touch in some seriously problematic ways.

Contiene estrategias para psicoterapeutas muy interesantes algunas solo hay que reajustarlas a nuestro tiempo pero en general viene bien explicado y con sesiones de terapia como ejemplo.
