It was great to read the personal story of Pat how he amassed his wealth and the work ethic he used.
What I liked about the book is it pointed out many of the things we need to avoid in our daily lives in reaching for success and focusing more on revenue generating activities and living a balanced life style.

A quick and easy read that focuses more on life philosophy than the specifics of working in real estate. Still, I enjoyed the personal anecdotes and engaging tone.

I started reading this because a cousin recently decided to get into real estate. I was interested to read a success story about what he might be doing. Some of this advice is cross industry applicable.
The book was interesting to read in parallel with Zero to One as the type of advice differs. This book is about taking action within an industry, copying others and working hard, while Zero to One identifies people who have really done the opposite (with the exception of working hard, both books identify hard work, one as a consequence of a good idea and passion and the other as a means to success). Both are interesting and tackle what they set out to do.
I am eager to see how my cousin does and I would definitely recommend this book to him.

This book has a lot of ideas and routines to implement, and has a lot of nuggets of good information. It's laid out into seven sections, which he again summarizes at the end of the book. I really enjoyed reading it and have been able to use a few ideas in my own career.

Pat has a refreshing take on the industry and how to be successful. I love that he emphasizes work-life balance. He includes some creative and fun ways to market yourself, while also providing excellent, practical everyday tips.

A quick read, but it seems like a spin-off of the Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. Pat had many useful tips and ideas, which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 3.

I enjoyed this read. Gave some good points. I like the "mailbox" money mindset for passive income. Good positive psychology.

Plenty of good practical advice presented in a simple manner by a guy who went from failure to becoming one of the top real estate agents in the US. He tells how he did it, and makes it clear than anyone else can do the same thing by following his advice. - Paul Mayer
