1993 "essential guide for everyone who is a bread machine owner" -- delicious recipes from Anadama Bread to Zucchini Parmesan Loaf. I highly recommend this 32 + year-old suggestion book for usual and unusual loaves but also Quick Breads, Pizza Dough, Sourdough Bread recipes. Well worth perusing and I found recipes that spark interest with a perspective of the 1990s about them. She continues as an influential Internet force for helping cooks of all levels of practice and background; Melissa Clark is both a best-selling cookbook expert and an regular NY Times "Foods" contributor/columnist. Rate this 5* out of 5!
