Great Book!

This is an amazing beginner and beyond book. Great motivation and information. There are a few exercises I would remove since they are pretty much the same thing. I would also suggest better programming than what this book has but overall, this is a wonderful book.

I would suggest what the author first suggested about picking 3-4 exercises and doing them 3-4 times a week. But I would add to pick exercises that work different muscles. For example, one jumping exercise, one crawling, one upside down crawling and one exercise that is your favorite/focuses on your most weakest area.

Again, a wonderful book overall.

Interesting take on exercise

I am skeptical about new so called fads towards exercise. This however is primal in a good way. The exercises are really difficult. Yet there are modifiers for each. In a weird way it reminds me me of military skills or martial arts. Feels tough. You do get strong, that's for sure.
