Good book for Virtual Classroom novices. I knew a lot of the information already, but I found chapters 11 and 12 the most helpful. This book will also help me explain to others why some things should not be done in the virtual classroom.
Great: concise and relevant. I would have liked a summary at the end of every chapter - not to highlight my pretty book! - but the cases were spot on as well. Also, it has to do with reality, so for us the face to face trainers, it is comfortable and not far fetched.
