Good book for Virtual Classroom novices. I knew a lot of the information already, but I found chapters 11 and 12 the most helpful. This book will also help me explain to others why some things should not be done in the virtual classroom.

Great: concise and relevant. I would have liked a summary at the end of every chapter - not to highlight my pretty book! - but the cases were spot on as well. Also, it has to do with reality, so for us the face to face trainers, it is comfortable and not far fetched.

Pretty good book (despite some typos ;-). )
Principles apply not only to the synchronous virtual classroom but also the face to face classroom.
