A bit repetitive but good nonetheless.

Lots of good advice. I don't agree with all of it, but it would definitely make for good conversation to discuss the areas where I disagree with Dr. Pittman's recommendations.

Part of becoming a functioning adult is taking responsibility for your life. This book helps the young adult look at ways to cultivate responsibility.
