Gives a view of the underground activities Conny Braam commited to support the ANC and undermine the Apartheid regime. This was all done from the Netherlands. The book shows her personal journey and her personal feelings, as well as how the various intelligence operations kept an eye on her. The book does not try to give an overview of the apartheid struggle, but does zoom in on two things:
1) Conny Braam's story
2) Her meetings with some members of the Koevoet in South Africa.
Gripping, but should be read alongside books that explain the struggle versus Apartheid more generally.
