Eva has just suffered a horrible break up and she’s not feeling too confident about her sexual prowess. Her ex left her feeling undesirable and inept in the bedroom. After Eva purchases a beautiful antique quilt at an estate sale she begins having very erotic dreams featuring a sexy man. Her dream man encourages her to explore her most wicked sexual urges. He helps Eva build her sexual confidence; if only he were real.

Eva knows she has indulged in her fantasy man for too long. It’s time for her to get back out into the real world and she is oh so happy that she does. A night out with her co-workers leads to a sizzling night in her bed with Greg. As Eva and Greg are exploring each other thoroughly she starts to feel her dream man there as well. Is she crazy or is her dream man real? Greg wants Eva for more than one night. Will Eva be able to leave her dream man behind and find love with Greg or will she be content to a fantasy?

Get ready for a feast of sensual sensations in Samantha Hunter’s Two Perfect. The heat begins to build from the very first page and increases to a blazing inferno by the end. Eva not only has fabulous chemistry with her fantasy man but with Greg as well. Two Perfect is a scorching erotic read with an intriguing story that will leave you guessing until the end. I thoroughly enjoyed Eva’s struggle with her confidence. This is something that a lot of women suffer and Ms. Hunter tells the story in a delicate way and gives us a satisfyingly torrid conclusion. I love that Eva recognizes the root of her problem and works through it. Two Perfect is a consummate fiery read that will keep you engaged throughout!

The idea behind this story is nice. After a "bad break up" we sometimes have our insecurities. They're not always very defined, sometimes we are just worried it just "won't work out" or we won't find anyone or they are all jurks out there ;) But Eva has quite a defined fear. She thinks she is simply boring and un-adventuress in bed (thanks to her ex-boyfriend).

Eva closes up after her break up. keeps to herself, stays at home and mostly she sleeps. In her sleep she "meets" a great good looking guy she can have a lot of fun and adventuress sex with. Too bad he is imaginary, ha?

Then one day, she decides to give "the living" a chance and go out to a pub with friends. she returns home with Greg whom she knows from work but never considered before. The night with Greg turns out fantastic and now she is a little confused about her "imaginary" friend Simon...
She starts to wonder how imaginary Simon is..
That's all I'm going to say about the plot which is too much already..

I think that this is a good story for being that story while being this short. But I felt the ending was very rushed and the change in Eva (therefore) was too vast.
I really liked the idea of who Simon helped Eva finds mmm lets call it "her inner kitten" :D and that helped her in real life with Greg.
The ending was in a way a closure for Eva.

In the end there was a reference to a next book? novella? but didn't see anything of the like.. did you?

This is a very short story. I think it took me an hour or two to read. Eva got dumped in an awful way by her last boyfriend and he passed around all kinds of nasty details about the breakup to people she works with. Soon after she bought a quilt and started having erotic dreams, all starring the same guy. She realizes that it's not healthy how much she wants to live in her head with her fantasy man so she goes out with her friends and brings home a pseudo-coworker (I think they work in the same building and work collaborate on certain projects but not working for the same company). Their fling includes her feeling her fantasy man at the same time and her fantasy man helps her overcome her inhibitions that she inherited from her ex-boyfriend. It was a sweet story, I would have enjoyed reading it as a full length novel in order to get to know everyone better. It definitely pushed some boundaries but it wasn't all that explicit. I'm going to have to look up more novels by Samantha Hunter in the future.
