Good

This was a good book. Major cliffhanger. Wished the blurb would have started by saying there is 5 books or ends on a cliffhanger. My fault for not reading the entire blurb but the page stated book 4 of 4. So I thought it was a finished series.

Gina continues to grow in her place as Omega with her alphas and it's great to see their relationships develop. Her power is also growing and learning how to harness it is a challenge, especially when she has an elder and a wannabe elder..aka Roderick.. that want to take her power. I love how she is learning that each person in her mate circle is critical to the success of her fulfilling her purpose. However, it seems that getting her mate circle on the same page is akin to herding cats 😂. Oh, Zeke. This story is true to the Omegaverse theme and parts are definitely dark. J.R. Thorn is one of my favorite authors and her story telling and character creation is so good! The ending of this book, though!! OMG, GO GINA!!! I won't spoil it, but omg it was freaking fantastic...ready for Book 5!

This is a fantastic series and we dive right on in with book four. It’s been and continues to be one hell of a ride as we rejoin Gina and her circle back on this emotional rollercoaster journey. That’s lots going on in this exciting and thrilling read as we see Gina’s powers grow and she gets stronger. Twists and turns, surprises and secrets revealed have you gripping the edge of your seat and unable to put this down as our characters try to fix things and bring everyone back together and that ending! OMG!

This book holds more emotions than action, but I'm okay with that. We get to see a different side to Gina and her mate circle. Axel and Seif are almost in sink. Not quite, but nearly there. Seif definitely still needs to grovel more, but Gina is coming into her strong self!! And poor poor Zeke! I need him back! Rowan is an amazing investigator and I need the next book to see where his problems have him going too!!

I really enjoyed this book. There a lot of things happening and Gina is really starting to come into her power and control it. The ending was out there and not sure what's going to happen but I am ready for the next book cuz I have got to know what's going to happen. There are a lot of changes as well and I hope they work out which of course they will. I look forward to the next book and seeing Gina and her mate circle grow and learn to control their power and learn each other.

I have many feels

This series has made me so frustrated at points, but I am very invested in the characters. Most of the characters think they are right but don't really talk to everyone before jumping off a cliff. Still, she is spicy, and the plot is good! Would recommend, but I would start with the first series in this universe before starting this one!

Ok, this book was FAAAARRR better than the last three. More action, more growth and more understanding. I wish that the other books in this series were more like this one, but let’s hope that the next book stays on theme with this one. Definitely a massive improvement and I really hope that we get a HEA with a full mate circle.

Gina and her alphas are back. She is so lost to them that she doesn’t even think of her betas during this but now she has so many doubts because she has no clue where they are. We get to see them try and fix everything while lost memories surface. I need more and couldn't put it down.

This series was good, very spicy. But, it got to the point where I could mostly see where it was going and it felt like every scene was about them "powering up". That got boring, and I DNF'd it. I need a little more plot than that...

I love how this continues to tie the entire universe together, while still being wholey unique.
I could have never imagined some of these twists, and what a fun cliffhanger!

Gina is a very resilient FMC, and I'm enjoying her journey.
