Over the past decade, Rusted Beirut Literary and Art Journal has established itself as a space for emerging and established writers and artists with a connection to Lebanon and the Arab world.RR publishes contemporary works of literature and art in English and Arabic. The borders for submissions are meant to create space for international writers and artists from the Arab world while Beirut’s revolving door of influences and cultures, its history, and its perch on the Mediterranean, is certainly at the heart of a unique convergence of voices. The journal is housed in the American University of Beirut and is run by a team of faculty, students, and alumni.
