Mostly for the illustrations. The very brief descriptions of the people and gods in Greek mythology, are too brief to really give any real insight. Yet wonderful to see some of the paintings and illustrations inspired by the stories.
A good basic guide to Greek and Roman mythology. Obviously not comprehensive but for research, it serves as a good introduction to the major gods and goddesses.
