First off, this is physically the heaviest book I've ever read. If you enjoy photography books you will appreciate this, it's 1,000+ pages of photos spanning approximately the last 110 years. Some you've probably seen before, but there were others not so well known. A snowy streetscape in New York was my personal favorite.

Great coffee table book... If you're ever feeling down about the future of the U.S., this will perk you back up. It captures the true America spirit that built this country that still exists today. It's amazing to think of all we accomplished in the 20th century. And to ponder what the next century will bring.
