"Dream Seeds are the invisible visions within you, planted by God..." (Mike Murdock, Dreams Seeds)
God has planted "Dream Seeds" within you. The author says that God, "begins every great miracle and blessing with an invisible photograph of the desired miracle and blessing-your Dream Seed." These Dream Seeds can be:
● Good health
● A special miracle of healing
● A restored marriage
● A mate
● A rewarding job...and so on...
The author begins this book talking about a down time in his life when he was going through a divorce and he thought that he would retire from the ministry because of it; however, God made him realize that he should stop concentrating on what he had lost and begin focusing on what he still possessed. I agree with him and am reminded of the famous quote by Helen Keller that should encourage and comfort us all who are going through loss:
God has opened doors for us and closed others. We need to recognize those God-given dreams that have been planted in us by God and pursue these open doors with passion (See Revelations 3:7).
The author has three books on how to recognize, discover, and fulfill your Assignment. I have read one of them and am going through the others; however, so far, they contain great instructions: The Assignment: The Dream & The Destiny Volume 1, The Assignment Vol. 2: The Anointing & the Adversity, and The Assignment: The Trials & The Triumphs The Assignment Series Voume 3. Some ways you can know your Assignment are: What makes you cry? What makes you mad? What do you have a passion for? What problems do you solve for people? What are you an expert in? These are just some questions the author asks to help you hone your Assignment.
Like any seeds, they need to be nurtured and cared for; so do your dreams and Assignment! This book and the above mentioned helps you do that.

A book to read when the road to destiny seems blured.
Dream seeds by Dr, Mike kicked me up especially with his real life experiences and stories.
I go back every now and then and listen to God speak to my soul.

Great book

I would call this book a "shot the the arm" for people who are pursuing goals and want to stay motivated or over come obstacles, many of the authors books have similar themes but this one is particularly helpful. It is "dated" in the sense that he talks about the benefits of teaching "tapes" he needs to update the text and use downloads or other new media suggestions.
