Hazel’s 2001 Antarctic expedition inspired the young adult eco-thriller 'Antarctica's Frozen Chosen', picture book ‘Antarctic Dad’ (reprinted by Kipas) and the memoir, ‘Antarctic Writer on Ice’. Reading about Antarctica is a hobby.
Recently AmbaPress.com.au re-issued updated script collections of Hazel's class plays including 'Grief and Loss in Schools' , 'Issues' and 'Workplays' as well as 'Kaleidoscope of Ideas for Gifted students'. Authorpreneurship' and 'Writing for Young People' have been popular.

Hazel writes a new story for each of her four grandsons each birthday. 'Go Go Gecko' is latest and is being translated.

This is an interesting story. I've never read anything like it before. Sometimes it's hard to comprehend the extent someone will go to. They must be so bored with their own life to stalk someone else.

Stalker had me constantly wondering who the person was. I liked the way the book gave the ongoing insights into the thoughts of the stalker. Please give this book a read.

Stalker, by Hazel Edward, is a very radical change for this Children’s Author. She aptly keeps the reader intrigued throughout the novel through tension and character development. The ambiguity of the stalker allows the reader to form their own assumptions about the characters and plot. The internal monologues demonstrate the psychological understanding of each character. The tone of this book is perfect for the YA audience that it appeals to.

In this novel we follow a girl who is being stalked. We see the stalker mess around with her life and try to control her life. Our main character works as a radio broadcaster (not sure what they are called exactly). But she is known for what she does.

This novel to me was really meh. I mean it was entertaining and a thrilling read. But the characters I didn't really care for. It didn't have much depth to it and the writing was quite average. I am still glad I picked it up though just to see how different types of stalkers think. That's just because I enjoy books like these. Honestly I was hoping this would be similar to YOU by Caroline Kepnes which it was very different plus that book was amazing so nothing can compare at this point.

The resolution and everything was quite dumb in my opinion. It happened so fast and made no sense. We didn't get much of a explanation and didn't get a lot of detail about the way this ended.
