As we consider the state of our society today, we see a society lacking civility and moral virtues. Virtues such as kindness, honesty, believing the best and courage were once the backbone strengthening our country. Now, in this generation, we have diminishing moral absolutes, as if the majority of the population lives by what they think is best in their own eyes, which often changes moment-by-moment. This foundational shift of moral standards, where there are no absolutes, creates an unstable civil society which becomes weakened and unsafe. However, we can begin to intentionally instruct and live out core virtues and develop moral strength within our own families, creating a safe and strong foundation for them. I truly believe that most parents have a strong desire to impart these positive virtues into their families but they lack the tools to do so. Proactive Parenting provides the simple and practical tools to help parents achieve these goals.
