Kallie terpaksa harus membatalkan pernikahannya dengan Niko beberapa jam sebelum pernikahannya, karena ia tidak mencintai pria yang bahkan belum pernah ditemuinya itu. Tapi bagi Niko pembatalan pernikahan membuatnya sangat marah dan berniat membalas dendam. Setelah pembatalan pernikahan itu, Niko mulai melancarkan aksi balas dendamnya dengan meminta Kallie untuk tinggal di rumah yang bergaya Victoria yang rencanya akan di pugar dan memakai jasa Kallie untuk mengubahnya menjadi lebih cantik.
Tapi ternyata pembalasan dendam itu malah membuat Niko malah semakin kagum pada Kallie dan mulai mencintai gadis itu, begitu pula dengan Kallie, ia mulai melihat seperti apa sosok Niko yang sebenarnya. Niko bertekad untuk kembali mewujudkan pernikahannya yang telah dibatalkan oleh Kallie, dan yakin kali ini Kallie tidak akan pergi dari sisinya untuk selamanya.

What the fuck is going on in this book?
I hate every single one of the characters in this book, I don't even remember their names.
The male lead is a fucking dick that wants everyone to do everything he said. Female lead's mother is annoying because she guilt trip her own daughter to get married with that asshole. The male lead's grandpa is also annoying. And the female lead, I don't even know what to say.
The book is not that long, but I feel like it was 500 pages because I kept stopping to take a deep breath and rolled my eyes.

Heroine was so immature. She let her mouth run more than her brain & most of the stuff she uttered out are either cringy or dumb. Oh god, so not cute at all.

J'ai lu tellement de ces romances courtes et vite oubliées, mais de temps en temps on tombe sur une pépite de ce genre. Cette histoire aurait mérité d'être plus longue et plus développée, en attendant j'aurai quand même passé un agréable moment à la lire.
