This cookbook includes various recipes for home or sharing at a potluck dinner. Here are the categories and a couple of typical recipes:

-  Boastful Beginnings: Fresh Summer Salsa and Sweet and Sassy Meatballs.
-  Favorite Poultry Dishes: Smoked Turkey Jambalaya and Baked Chicken Marsala.
-  Family-Approved Meat Dishes:  Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole and Southwest  Spaghetti Pie.
-  Select Seafood Entrees: Citrus Tuna Pasta Salad & Basil- Lemon Shrimp Linguini.
-  Essential Sides: Marinated Vegetable Salad (delicious) & Cheddar-Corn Bread Rolls.
-   Most-Requested Desserts:  Key Lime Cheesecake Bars and Tiramisu.

Every third recipe has a color photo, and there are nutritional figures for all recipes. This cookbook suggests ideas for getting your concoctions to the potluck in prime condition. Our family has enjoyed the recipes I've made from this book. Another thing I like about this book is: It doesn't call for dozens of ingredients.
