Twelve Step Directions- The How and Why We Do the Steps: Step Four - Fear

Rate this book
The Fourth Step Inventory is a three-part Resentment, Fear and Sex. It’s in the resentment part we discover what we are like. In the fear part, why we are like that. And in the sex part, why it’s important to change. What this workbook does, is explain in brief, clear, and simple language why doing this work is important to you. For many of us fear is the evil and corroding thread that weaves itself through the very fabric of our existence. We must learn to outgrow fear. But how? There is a set of clear-cut simple directions, that if followed, will not only expel the obsessions that harm you, but allow you to be happy, joyous, and free. This eighty-page 8x11 workbook has two parts. One intellectual, one mechanical. The first, provides a narrative text as to the rationale for doing this work; why this work is vital to your recovery; and the directions for completing this task. The second part gives you the means and methods to complete this part of your fourth step inventory. This is done by providing a template for answering the fear interrogatories found in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.
