This book is my all-time favorite Biochemistry text. It explains everything in thorough detail, and I mean EVERYTHING. One of my biggest adulthood regrets was selling my copy after I graduated. The material is easy enough to understand for undergraduates but Voet and Voet go deep enough for graduate/medical level understanding.
