An amusing little book, almost like an adult picture book -- full of "letters" to a pet expert, all of them detailing strange problems with strange animals. There's no real storyline, but kind of a "You decide where you think Dr. Rawff went" frame story. It's slightly frustrating that it's a "mystery" with no resolution, but on the other hand, the tone is such that it doesn't really need a story.
