This is a nice book for a Green Bay Packer fan which I am, It focuses on the Championship teams of the 1960s and the return to prominence of the 1992 team after many years out of contention for a title. It is filled with stories of the players from the Championship years and also the men who built the current club. Nostalgia abounds,

A paean to the 1996 Green Bay Packers, who he touts as bringing the glory back to Green Bay after--what? twenty-nine years without a championship in Titletown. This is the team of Brett Favre and Reggie White and the city of 100,000 who loved 'em. Having just read it, I find myself marveling that it has been a whole two decades since. I think he mentioned every player and coach somewhere in the narrative. Again, this is not a history, nor a critical examination of anything, this is an old fan-boy's story and should be accepted, and enjoyed, as such.

Green Bay Replay was about the new and the old Green Bay Packers. The book told alot about the history of the team and the good and the bad years of the Packers. I really liked it because it was intresting, also because they are one of my favorite football teams.

This is pretty cool if you are a Packet fan as is the author. Cheeseheads will like reliving the 96 season as this book paints the picture of that glorious season. There is some behind the scenes info but nothing too earth shattering.

I found this book extremely well written and interesting. As a fan of the Green Bay Packers, I was truly able to appreciate the stories and tales that Schaap was able to weave a book around. I would reccomend this book to any sports fan, especially football. Overall, i found this book fascinating.
