I must have read the Frankel Mouse books at least fifty times before I left primary school. I knew what the plot line was, I knew the ending, I knew everything there was to know in those books, but I still borrowed them from the library and read them over and over again. I don't know what it was about Frankel Mouse. I just loved his adventures. That's something I find intriguing about Odo Hirsch's books. There is something magnetic within their pages something that keeps drawing you back for more. All the books that I read that were written by him were addictive and magnetic, and I have no idea why. They are just such cute stories :)

I adored this book as a child. Now 20+ years later, it is still one of my favourite childhood memories. Such a sweet story with fun and humour. I would love to raise my children on stories like these.

I quite like this book because of the the way Frankel and Michael go crumb-hunting and also the way they interpret the 'scaremouse' on their house in Baker Street. The way they talk about people is hilarious and I often wonder if we actually do that. I love Berel and Cousin Ruthie and can't decide which one is funnier. I recommend this book to young children and tweens.

Quite a cute story about some mice who live at Baker Street Station and their various adventures. I read it aloud to a class of 8 year olds and they enjoyed it.
